How To Type A Bibliography

1. Center and type the word Bibliography at the top of the page. 2. Change your spacing from 1 line to 2(double space. Hit the return key and place your cursor at the left margin. 3. Begin each entry even with the left margin. If the entry runs more than one line, indent additional lines by hitting your tab key once. 4. Put your bibliography in alphabetical order. Alphabetise your bibliography by author's last name, if known, or by the first important word in the title of your source. The titles need to be alphabetized between the author's name. ( see sample below) 5. Always underline the title of a book. 6. Leave two spaces after a period, on espace aftera comma, and one space after a colon(:). 7. Place a period at the end of every entry.
